Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In case one or more products in your order are not in stock or require additional manufacturing time, the entire order will only be shipped once complete. 

In case a shipping method without track&trace is selected, the customer is responsible for the package in case of loss. CNCPT MOTO can only guarantee shipments that are shipped using track&trace.
