The Harley-Davidson Pan America full rear-end kit is a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art, engineering masterpiece. With a sleek design and seamless integration of all existing components, this part will take your ride to the next level.

No custom work required, this kit is a straight bolt-on solution! This kit can be mounted in less than a weekend with a simple wrench set and without a bike lift. You can revert your bike back to OEM without any permanent alterations.

The entire 7-piece subframe has been machined from a mammoth piece of billet aircraft aluminum, and comes hard-anodised in matte black. All OEM electrical components can be maintained due to clever integrated mounting points. The ABS pump is relocated in a more secluded position and can be connected with the included hydraulic upgrade kit that we developed in close collaboration with Venhill Racing.

The kit includes everything you need to instantly get back on the road after install, no additional components required. Complete list of components:

• 7-piece billet aircraft-grade aluminum parts hard-anodised in matte black
• 32-piece stainless steel bolt kit
• 2-piece aluminum subframe side covers
• aluminum ECU tray
• 2-piece integrated LED indicators with OEM connectors for a straight fit in the original wiring harness
• licence plate holder for international plates in stainless steel with integrated KOSO blade plate light and OEM connector for a straight fit in the original wiring harness
• Casted ABS rear cover in Harley-Davidson Vivid Black
• 42-piece full hydraulic brake line kit in carbon by Venhill Racing
• Stainless steel seat pan with integrated threaded rivets (optional upholstery in alcantara EXO)
• Optional bespoke pie-cut INOX exhaust system, with a slip-on link pipe to the original headers of the Pan America (CAT does not have to be removed)
• The exhaust comes with single muffler(Pan America RA1250 & RA1250ST) or dual grand-prix mufflers (Pan America RA1250S). In order to run a dual muffler system on non-adaptive ride models like the RA1250 & RA1250ST, you need our TFX replacement shock.
  
  In case no exhaust system is selected, the subframe will be delivered without muffler bracket(s) and you are responsible for a custom exhaust setup (This setup works when you're running a low mounted short slip-on)

The entire kit will come ready to mount with no welding or electronic wiring required. The OEM rear light is incorporated in the design to be reused and is therefore not included in the kit. Complete the urban look with our Pan America Front-end kit and our Pan America tank cap.
